Won’t let me use my phone number
The phone number was linked to another account and it told me to log into the other account, I do that but it doesnt work because when I go to sign in it sends an email to the other persons account

Nobody even picked up for some stupid reason. I don't know what they're doing; it must be a jerk circle or something because this is BS.

Support Horrible, Streaming Amazing
- - Twitch's support is awful.
- - Emails were the primary reporting channel and now removed.

Twitch's Support system is so horrible. You cant even email them or call them about situations like bans because they removed their emails which is insane, because that's the primary source of where people report there problems at.
Now they cant now they have to make it public and post it on social media just for them to maybe see it maybe not see it.
Twitch's Customer Service is so based to their partners. If i were to compare kicks support vs twitch support, Kick would win.

This is a Twitch order done, erroneously and without my knowledge. My bank has been notified actually my bank called me.
It seems my card has been compromise. Although I use Twitch quite regularly I have never, and would never spend this amount at one time on one person on twitch.

The rights that they already have because prior to DJ‘s coming to Twitch Twitc allow gamers to play music in their background. Hence for Twitch already had the rights to the Music, but they reset and decided to make us pay for it and that way they don’t. Greed.

How do I cancel my subscription?
No service at all! Please cancel my subscription and advise me when this has occurred.
Your website offers no easy way to cancel subscriptions. I just keep paying via credit card long after I decided to cancel.

Won’t let me fix their mistake
- - Treme won't let me stream.
- - No strikes, but verification required.
- - Phone number linked to another account blocks verification; I fixed it twice.
I have not spent over a day to try to Treme and it wont let me stream and even after not having any strikes and it says that I am, I have to be verified even though that it wont let me get verified because my phone number is too connected to another account that I have fixed twice now

Der Herr hat am 26.02.2026 sowie am 25.02.2026 sich im Stream selbst Follower geboten. Ich habe ihn darauf angesprochen und gesagt, dass das verboten ist und dass es unfair gegenüber anderen ist.
Der Herr sagte zu mir, Twitch kann mir gar nichts und mir würde eh nichts passieren, waren seine Worte. Ich sehe das aber anders und deswegen melde ich mich gerade bei euch, weil ich der Meinung bin, dass gegen ihn etwas getan werden muss.

Twitch won't let me change my number
- - Cannot change my Twitch number for 2FA; it's been 3 days.
- - The old number remains on file for 2FA, and updates fail because it's wrong.
So I'm affiliated with Twitch and I've been trying to change my number to regain access to my profile. It is not letting me change the number, and I've been trying to change the number for the last 3 days. It is continually being like, 'Oh hey, so we still have your old number on file as the number that you use for 2FA.' I have tried to update the 2FA, and then when I tried to update it, it says it's the wrong old phone number, even though it was my most recent phone number up to when I switched phone providers.
- Good way for somebody to make a secondary income or even a full income if they have enough support
- If someone is not able to socially branch out then they will not succeed

So I basically tried to turn over a new leaf because I lost one account on Twitch, then another one recently. I was starting to grow and did nothing wrong.
I was only streaming and following people as a follower, but nothing I have done. I was also having my niece grow her channel; she can give feedback for me as well. I can't provide details from my other account, but my main was riddlebox119. The suspended account would like to know what I've done on it.
