I'm reaching out because I recently received a 3-day suspension on my channel after streaming Counter-Strike 2 (CS2). I'm genuinely confused about the reason behind the suspension, as CS2 is a widely accepted and allowed game on the platform, and I made sure to follow all Twitch guidelines during the stream.

I would really appreciate clarification on what specific rule I may have violated, as I did not use offensive language, copyrighted music, or anything else that I believe would go against the Community Guidelines.

If this was a mistake, I kindly ask that my case be reviewed.

I take Twitchs rules very seriously and just want to continue streaming content that both I and my viewers enjoy while always staying within the platforms policies.

The process of removing copyright strikes was initially easy, but for some reason, it got hard. I was answering all the questions correctly but I was told always to 'come back later' due to issues with question-answering. Regardless, none of my answers were incorrect. I had one copyright strike and assumed it would be removed, but it never was. Consequently, I ended up with two copyright strikes. One of them was for playing 2K music in the background. I never understood why I was getting copyright strikes for it, given that it came with the game. There needs to be a better solution to this problem. However, this isn't the main issue I wanted to address.

I am passionate about the Twitch platform. Everything about it is appealing to me. I love the community aspect and its simplicity. Users can find you simply by searching your name, and it provides opportunities for people to earn while streaming. Additionally, every time you stream, the audience wants you to get bad stuff. Twitch was designed to be a platform for voices to be heard, for people to understand who you are, and for others to enjoy your content. However, I constantly find myself getting banned and receiving copyright strikes, despite giving people what they want and increasing Twitch's potential to attract more streamers. There are no offensive words or curses in my streams, so there shouldn't be a problem.

I want to talk more about my channel. Understand that I am currently banned for 180 days, and I've already submitted my appeal. All I want to stress is that I'm devastated about potentially losing my channel over misunderstandings. Trying to reach you has been challenging, and I've even tried my luck with email and navigating through Twitch, eventually finding this information on YouTube.

I hope this is the legitimate procedure because I desperately want my message to reach you. I am begging—please, if I come back after the 180 days, I would request for all my strikes to be removed. I have come a long way, having streamed for years on end. After years of persistence, I am finally starting to build my following and cultivate a community. Please, do not take this away from me. Twitch has been my home ever since I was a child, and will continue to be my home 180 days from now when I log back in. All I want is for my copyright strikes to be removed.
